TERMS& CONDITIONS. All products are inspected prior to shipping. Any claim Tennessee Flag Company has the option to repair, replace any claims against defects or shortages. All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of good.Any past due invoices are subject to a service charge of 1.25% per month. Any collection and all costs of collection will be added including reasonable attorney's fees.Minimum billing amount is $50.00 less can be charged using VISA, MasterCard, or American EXPRESS. Custom screen printed goods are subject to billable 8% variance. Customer agrees to pay for overruns.
OUR CUSTOM PRINTED FLAGS AND BANNERS ARE PRINTED TO THE HIGHEST QUALITY STANDARDS. We have extensive silk screening facilities and a sewing department with over twenty years of experience to handle all your needs. SUBMITTING ART WORK Quoted lead times are based on receipt of art approval form. Although we do not charge for PMS color match, we cannot guarantee an exact match, as we use the PMS colors for a refence guide to giving the best color match possible. A color strike-off can be supplied for an additional charge.
ART SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS All art must be submitted as a vector based file. We will accept .EPS, .CDR, and .PDF formats. There will be an additional charge of $25.00 for every 1/2 hour with the first 1/2 hour at no charge for recreating any art that is not submitted in the above mentioned formats.
